TAEKWONDO for Kids
These classes are especially for children. Students l learn at a regulated pace to ensure that they grasp & remember techniques and lessons. Lessons are structured to keep the children's attention through high energy and fun training that is also balanced with in depth concepts and learning. Classes will cover basic kicking, striking and blocking techniques, forms, contact sparring with gear, board breaking, warmups and stretching. They will learn how to use techniques to defend themselves through safe, monitored drills.
Pee Wees 4-6 years | Children 7-11 years
KUMYEDO Sword & Weapons
Students can learn a variety of weapons, but will begin with the Kumyedo sword and single nunchuku. Other weapons that can be learned as students advance are double nunchukus, bo staff and the kamas.
Kumyedo is a Korean sword martial arts that combines two of three styles of martial arts that were formed by the three kingdoms of Korea 1,500 year ago during their war against each other - swordsmanship and sword dancing.
By learning a weapon in martial arts, the weapon should become an extension of your body, therefore these lessons are limited to those who have already had a longer history of training in Tae Kwon Do.
TAEKWONDO for Teens & Adults
Teen & Adults will learn martial arts in a more focused
and mature environment. Techniques will be taught at a higher level with deeper understanding. Additionally, a large focus on stretching and cardiovascular exercises will help to strengthen the body and mind.
Students will earn self-defense which includes pressure points and joint locks. Students will be taught the understanding of every technique in detail to better understand when, why, and how to use the techniques properly to achieve maximum results.

POOMSAE for Competition

Erica Linthorst. The team meets 3 days per week to train on a regular basis at our studios, attends seminars with Poomsae specialists and competes at both local and
Poomsae team students have high focus on stretching, basics and Taekwondo forms so that they can perform by displaying their highest level of Taekwondo in Poomsae.
The team cross trains with the Sparring team
for support and conditioning.
Poomsae team is open to All Ages
Ninja Warrior in Training
Ninja classes focus on some of the key curriculum that all Ninjas require including strength training, discipline, athleticism, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination and overall fitness. The classes are high energy and fun filled with exercises that are engaging and
exciting for kids.
A typical class consists of some very basic kicking and punching, speed drills which include everything from jumping to running to rolling and swinging, strength building exercises as well as stretching as well as individual and team challenges.
Kids Ages 4-11 years
Sparring for Competition
Our Sparring team is coached by Master Cho.
The team meets 3 days per week to train on a regular basis at our studios, cross-trains and attends seminars held by Sparring professionals and competes at both local and national tournaments.
Sparring team students have high focus on endurance, speed, strength, stretching and sparring techniques.
The team cross trains with the Poomsae team
for support and conditioning.
